Casa Fajardo MIRAMAR is located 500 meters from the Meliá Habana, H 10, Panoramá, Memorie Miramar and Sheraton hotels. A few blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue (considered the most luxurious and beautiful urban artery in all of Havana, where the great mansions of the past are located (currently embassies, museums and company headquarters). The Mercado de 70 is also nearby and 3rd (one of the largest in the city). In its surroundings there are very good restaurants, pubs, bars and nightclubs. It is a very quiet neighborhood. Right in front of the house there is a park with more than a kilometer in length, with a grove that takes you to the sea.
From Casa Fajardo MIRAMAR it is very easy to go anywhere in the city (the old and colonial center is 10 minutes by taxi).
The house is a spacious chalet-style apartment with a landscaped portal where you can sunbathe, have a coffee in the morning and relax with the freshness of the trees in the park opposite.
